We at Minsa Boutique work to deliver to our customers with immense ease. Hence, we offer various ways to help ease your shopping practices. You can either pay for your shopping at Minsa Boutique through your Debit or Credit card or PayPal Account. We also allow Bank Transfers and to further ease the payment process for our customers, we offer Cash on Delivery. Exclusively, for our local/national customers, we allow payment through the Easy Paisa Account.

Order Cancellation

Minsa Boutique does not offer a refund or money back. Customers making a payment through credit may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything from Minsa boutique for the next 30 days.

Minsa Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders in situation such as:

  • The desired item is out of stock.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Minsa Boutique.
  • Minsa Boutique has a strict privacy policy. We do not save or share customer credit card details with any 3rd parties.

Incomplete Parcel

We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/she should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Sale items

Please note that Minsa Boutique offers no return or exchange on sale items. We hope you co-operate with us and abide by our rules to ensure satisfaction on both ends. if the customer places an order for the wrong size and then wants to get a different size, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
